TALK TO US

Tell us about your school.

One email is enough to start. We answer every enquiry from a school.

Write to support@yourmusichub.co.uk with the school, the town and roughly how many children might take part. That is enough for us to tell you what we could run, when a round reaches your area and which of the three ways a place is paid for would apply at your school.

WHAT HELPS

Four things worth putting in the first email

  • The school and the town

Enough for us to find you and to say whether a round already reaches you.

  • Roughly how many children

A guess is fine. It is the difference between one teacher for a morning and a standing weekly visit.

  • What the school has already tried

A provision that ended, a peripatetic teacher who left, a hub arrangement that did not stick. It tells us what to avoid.

  • Who to reply to

A name and a role. We write back to a person rather than to an inbox.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

An answer, then a conversation

We reply with what we could run at your school and when. If it is workable on both sides, the next step is a short call and then a written agreement that says what we provide, what the school provides, how places are paid for and how either side ends it. We do not ask a school to commit to anything before that document exists.

If you are a parent rather than a school, send the same address your child’s school name and we will tell you whether we already work there.
