THE FIRST TERM
From an email to a first lesson
An email and a reply
You tell us the school and roughly how many children. We tell you what we could run and when a round reaches you.
A short call
Which instruments, which year groups, which slot in the week, and how places would be paid for at your school.
A written agreement
What we provide, what the school provides, the rate, the notice on either side and how it ends. Nothing starts before it is signed.
The first visit
A teacher, a room and a register. From then on it is a weekly fixture and you hear from us when something changes, not when something has already gone wrong.
PAYING FOR PLACES
Three ways, and the school decides which
The school funds every place. We invoice the school and no family is asked for anything.
The school funds a set number of places and other families pay for theirs. The children in the same group have identical lessons whichever applies, and no family ever sees what the school pays.
Every place is family-paid. Families hold their own arrangement with us and the school carries nothing.
